There are two types of account available on windows server machines.
Administrative accounts will have all privileges of doing installation & uninstallation and editing the configuration information on the windows machine for every user.
Whereas, guest accounts will have limited access credentials. Like, using the guest account, we can’t install a software etc.
⇒ Right Click on My computer→Select Manage.
⇒ Expand System tools→Local users and Groups
⇒ On the Users Winnows→Select New User.
⇒ Enter all details on user Accounts→Click on Create
To Create a Domain user in DC or on our desktop (if it is installed with Administrative tools).

⇒ Right Click on Users→New→User.
⇒ Fill in the details and Click on Next.

Password complexity is defined by the policy when you trying to create or modifying passwords these policies will be enforced by the system. Some policies like...
⇒ Password must contain minimum 8 characters.
⇒ Password should not contain part of the username.
⇒ Password must have at least on Capital letter and one special symbol.

⇒ Navigate to the Account policies→ Password Policies.
If the user forgot his username or the password expired and also if user facing any issues with logins, we being an administrator can reset the password.
⇒ Right Click on Username →Reset password.
Go to Run→type DSA.msc (Shortcut for AD users and computers).
⇒ Right Click on Domain name and select Find.
⇒ Select the Criteria and type in the name to search.
